Creator of the einSTEM curriculum, Dr. Sharma is an educationist at heart and spirit with focus on innovation. committed to bringing back scientific temper amongst youth-especially girls (women empowerment) so India regains its pinnacle of creative glory through innovative excellence.

Entrepreneur with expertise and interest in education, skilling and learning and development. co-founder of edtech startup focused on early career employability readiness and curator of confectionary and wellness products.

einSTEM is a member of iACCEL, a certified business accelerator based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates that aims to help early-stage tech startups turn their innovative ideas into successful businesses. einSTEM will expand its presence in the GCC through its newly established Dubai office.

einSTEM is proud to partner with the CEC that has established skill centers in Georgia that caters to skill requirements of local/proximate industry or business located in that geographical territory subsequent to in-depth gap analysis. The skilling is directly linked or tied to imminent employment, so the skilled resource gets absorbed in the workforce. CEC is a unique partnership, a “joint venture” among business and industry, the Coweta County School System, and West Georgia Technical College. At CEC, business and education work together to develop the best-educated and most productive workforce in U.S. history. CEC’s mission is to “ensure competitive talent for current and future careers.”
